A Brief Introduction to our Company/ About Us/ Company Overview

In 1945, founder Mr. Da-Mo Shen and his partners established the Chung-Ho  Company, which specialized on the commerce of hardware products. At the time, the market was not particularly stable; the prices stood high and low in short periods of time, which certainly was not convenient for the company. With the unstable economy and uncertain market, Mr. Shen's partners were getting discouraged about the hardware industry and slowly left their shares of the company. In 1947, Mr. Shen bought all the remaining shares left by his former associates. He became the exclusive owner, changed the field of commerce to electric appliances and imported goods from Hong Kong and mainland China. 
When Taiwan began authorizing permits for foreign trade, Chung-Ho-Hung was the first company to be approved and granted with those rights and licenses. Immediately, the company started business with Japan. Mr. Shen's hard work and dedication were the chief constituents for his company's prosperity. In 1971, the company's name changed once again to Chung-Ho-Hung Company Limited (Chung-Ho-Hung Co., Ltd.).
In 1981, Mr. Da-Mo Shen passed the torch to Mr Shang-Teh Shen, (who is the active president.) and the company's business was achieving outstanding progress. In 1996, JiDien Co., Ltd. was established to amplify the business in the northern area of Taiwan. For the past 10 years, everyone from the company work diligently just trying to make our company to be the best in the full automation industry.  Not only we develop new products for our customers, but trying to solve their problems with our "Know How" is also very important. We are also prepare to establish a company Gamma Dynamics in Kunshan China (end of 2006) to satisfy the demands of our clients.  Because of the business domain, we also establish CHGROUP in 2005. In the future, any related companies that are under the management of president Shen, will also be in the CHGROUP family.    
Under the administration of both presidents, Chung-Ho-Hung Co., Ltd. and JiDien Co., Ltd. became, and are current agents for more than ten distinguished foreign enterprises worldwide. The company's prestige and reputation led CHGROUP to be the leaders of  their field in Taiwan. The companies technicians do not only precede others with their remarkable qualifications, but also provide superior maintenance and instructions for the handling of their products to fit and satisfy their clientsdemands.
